Refund & Return Policy

We want you and your child to love 100,000 Whys. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return
Email us at support@edubrightsprouts.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval can't be processed.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we'll cover it. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we can't guarantee we'll receive items shipped without tracking.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items
The free bookmark gift included with 2+ book bundles does not need to be returned and has no cash value.
