Shipping Policy
Free shipping on every order — no minimum.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a separate email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days after your order ships. Delivery times can vary slightly based on your location and carrier conditions during busy periods.
Tracking your order
A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us at support@edubrightsprouts.com and we'll look into it right away.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually update it before the order ships, but we can't reroute a package once it's on its way.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at support@edubrightsprouts.com and we'll help track it down or make it right.
